A Facebook post is now circulating online uploaded by a Facebook user named SDa Mancao. The uploader also shared it to Hugpon ng Pagbabago FB page, Davao City mayor Sara Duterte's political party. The caption reads: Punks Not Dead. Well, ideal caption for that hair she intentionally made it stood to look like a punk rocker.
After searching for the picture in Google, I've found out that Mayor Sara herself posted it originally in her Instagram account.
The caption in Instagram reads:
I have been looking for an event to wear this. Dito nalang muna ito. #myhairmyrules Di dahil mahaba buhok mo, maganda ka and vice versa. Buhok lang yan, hindi buhay 🤣
