What insect could Trillanes have eaten?

I think Filipinos know this guy who instilled fear when he cursed the Arroyo government by bringing grenades and bombs in a hotel somewhere in Makati. If I rememeber it right it was in 2003.

Fast forward he was out of jail through a pardon. I know because I read the news or rather watched him and saw him on TV.  He was out of prison. Fast forward again he ran for Senator and he won.

Forward again, he ran for Vice President but he lost.

Rewind a bit from this year 2021 he was an ardent critic of President Rodrigo Duterte. He is risking his future just to bring down the man he hated: President Duterte.

Now in the recent months, weeks, days he declared a statement to the media that there is a possibility that he would run for President in 2022. 

All these just because of his hatred toward a man who did not accept his offer to make the former as his running mate (President) when he decided to run for Vice President before the filing of candidacy in 2016 Elections.

What could he have eaten these current times. Does he know that the majority of Filipinos hate him? Or let us say do not like him. Does he know that he is only known as an infamous person. Does he know that people only knew him through his sensationalized or fake bravery in the Oakwood Mutiny in 2003?

It's only at those time he became known to the public, for the delusional, self-proclaimed heroism he brought it upon himself, and then make that kind of doing be used as his forefront to fill his ambition to become a politician. People know it. I can tell because almost all of my neighbors and strangers I meet in the streets, relatives, friends all hate him. Just because I'm from Davao doesn't mean this is bias. Look at the social media issues today, Just look at the comments section. Even his own post in his own Facebook account are mired with not only bashes but aversion of his character or even him as a buman being. His despicable nature had already been overly publicized. Does he know it?

So now, what in the world Trillanes could have eaten these recent months? Why he cannot accept the fact that he couldnt and wouldn't win against a strong and very popular Dutertes? I wonder why. Is he incredibly incorrigible, delusional man? Is he insane?

What insect could he have eaten? Did he eat the poop of a cockroach or a mouse?

Oh wait have you seen this man eat a food on TV or in person? I haven't. I wonder why.

Robredo pumalag kay Calida dahil sa quo warranto na inihain vs ABS-CBN

Vice President Leni Robredo got mad at the quo warranto petition in the Supreme Court of the Office of the Solicitor General seeking to revoke the legislative franchise of tv network giant ABS-CBN because of abuses committed.

She said:

“Panggigipit ito, ayon sa pansariling agenda ng iilan nasa poder. Samakatuwid, pang-aabuso ito ng kapangyarihan.”


In a statement, Robredo said freedom of the press is not just about freedom of speech but also about the right of the people to hear the truth to its fullest extent.

The ABS-CBN franchise is set to expire on March 30, 2020, its franchise renewal petition dating back to August 2019 pending in the House Committee on Legislative Franchises under the leadership of Palawan Rep. Franz Alvarez but to this day has not acted.

March 11 is set to adjourn the session of Congress and if ABS-CBN's franchise renewal petition is not discussed, it will automatically expire.

As a result, Robredo urged the public to be wary about the harassment of the Duterte government on ABS-CBN.

“Taliwas sa karaniwang pro­seso ng pag-renew ng prangkisa ang nangyayari.
Panggigipit ito. Ang itanong po natin, kung nagagawa ito sa pinakamakapangyarihang network sa ating bansa, gaano pa katagal para magawa ito sa iba pang mas maliliit na network, sa mga pahayagan at istasyon ng radyo at pati sa sari-sarili nating social media feed, upang madiktahan tayo kung ano ang totoo at mahalaga. Sino ang magtatakda ng totoo? Kapag sinasamsam ng gobyerno ang kapangyarihang ito ay sinasamsam din nila ang kolektibong tungkulin nating kilatisin ang katotohanan,” paliwanag ni Robredo." Robredo explained.

Robredo also challenged lawmakers to do their job and fight for press freedom.

Propaganda these days seem unstoppable. Left and right throwing mud at each other as if it's already Elections campaign. It got worse these past few weeks. A battle between the opposition Liberal Party and the Duterte administration.

One netizen posted in Facebook a meme wich contains a picture of Vice President Leni Robredo with its words she uttered some days ago after she was being fired as co-chariperson of the Inter-Agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs (ICAD) by President Duterte.

The words were:

The words "hindi nyo ako kilala" apparently backfired and the netizen revealed to who VP Robredo really is. Some of those which the public already know and some are not. The post is titled: Hindi nyo ako kilala.

VP ROBREDO, nagdarama sa kanyang speech para sumimpatya ang media at tao pagkatapos syang sibakin ni DUTERTE

Vice President Leni Robredo made a speech about 2 hours ago, 2:24 PM as of writing this post. Probably a prepared speech almost 24 hours after she was fired by Malacanang, November 24, 2019, as co-chair of the Inter-Agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs (ICAD). The video of her speech was first uploaded in her own Facebook page.

In the video VP Robredo addressed the media that she will not stop on her campaign to get rid of the illegal drugs of the country. She started with some accounts of what happened to her, about the position as co-chair in ICAD that she didn't ask. That she went to some agencies to talk about what to do, the PDEA, and the rehab centers (ma'am Luzon, Visayas at Mindanao anG mga rehab centers, baka sa Bicol ka lang pumunta) which she didn't mention which of them she visited, what location.

She criticized the government that when she started to do her job on the first few days, criticisms haunt her. She said the administration really did not want her to succeed.

Robredo also is insinuating that the Duterte administration is doing something wrong and something bad, in relation with the war on drugs, which she will reveal in a few days time. The things she will reveal are the things she discovered working as ICAD co-chair for 2 weeks.

This is the transcript of her speech:

Mahigit dalawang linggo pa lang mula nang tinanggap ko ang hamon na pamunuan ang kampanya laban sa iligal na droga. Mahigit dalawang linggo pa lang mula nang aking isinantabi ang napakaraming babala para pasanin ko ang trabahong kahit halos imposible ay kailangan kong subukan para sa ating mga kababayan.

Hindi ako nagsayang ng oras: Nakipagpulong agad ako sa ICAD at iba’t ibang mga ahensiya. Kinonsulta natin ang iba’t ibang mga sektor. Pumunta tayo sa mga komunidad. Nakipagpulong tayo sa mga LGU. Binisita natin ang mga Rehab Centers.

DUTERTE, sinibak sa pwesto si VP Robredo bilang ICAD Co-Chair

BREAKING NEWS: President Duterte has just fired Vice President Leni Robredo as co-chairperson of the Inter-agency Committee on Anti-illegal Drugs (ICAD), according to Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea.

In the past week, the Duterte-Robredo has been a hot issue in the news since the President said in his speech that he doesn't trust the Vice President in handling her job as the anti-drug czar. The President added that the Vice President is talking to certain people from other countries. This, however denied by Vice President herself.

The next day, VP Robredo replied in a manner where the President was not pleased. She said if the President doesn't trust her or doesn't want her anymore to handle the job, he could just said to her she is fired or terminate her directly.

The next day, Presidential Spokesman Panelo said that her response to the President's statement is not pleasant and unbecoming of a Vice President. Panelo added that as if she's insinuating something. If the Vice President doesn't want the post anymore or feels she is not wanted or uncomfortable she could just resign quietly.

This then replied by the VP and said that she will pursue her job as co-chair of ICAD regardless of what the president thinks of her or even the president wants her to resign. In a statement yesterday, November 23, 2019, she will not resign and continue to fight the illegal drugs in the country because she thinks there is a lot to do as co-chair of ICAD.

But then a few minutes ago as of writing, this news came out, that the Vice President has been fired as co-chair of ICAD.

Gusto lang ni Duterte na Mabigo si Robredo - DRILON

In an interview by Karen Davila's in ABS-CBN, November 21, 2019, just a few moments ago, Drilon said that Duterte obviously doesn't want Robredo to succeed. By saying that the President doesn't trust the Vice President and her appointee of the VP is not a cabinet post, according to Drilon, it simply means that Duterte and the people behind the anti-illegal-drug committee want the Vice President to fail even in the manner that she will not.

Karen Davila also asked Senator Drilon if the Liberal Party has some plans in the 2022 Elections. Drilon answered he did not know yet because he is busy about the budget to be reenacted in the Senate for 2020.

At the end part of the interview, Drilon show some friendly gesture to Karen Davila. Drilon greeted her a happy birthday. Davila just cut it short and did not want to react on the greeting. Lastly, Davila asked Drilon about his last words on the upcoming SEA games, Drilon replied, "no more."

VP Robredo, nakipagpulong sa mga pari at madre para tulungan siya masugpo ang illegal na droga

Vice President Leni Robredo met up with some leaders of the Catholic church, Wednesday, November 20, 2019.

The meeting is in line with her job as ICAD (Inter-Agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs) Co-chairperson, to help her solve the eradicate the illegal drugs in the country. This is following President Duterte's statements against the Vice President that he lost her trust in her.

Robredo denied about the information that she is inviting prosecutors and human rights groups from other countries to talk with her about the alleged extra judicial killings in the country. She however admitted that she met up with the UN Office of Drugs and Crimes and different agencies of the US embassy.

The Catholic church had been one of the most critical institution in the Duterte's administration war on drugs. President Duterte even responded harshly, telling the public that the God of the Catholic church is stupid. Duterte told the media some months ago that the God he is parising is not stupid, unlike the God of that Catholic Church.

Robredo had also been accused of meeting some priests along with former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV in a clandestine place to talk about destabilizing the Duterte government.

VP Robredo still continues to do his job as the anti-drug czar despite the statements of President Duterte against her the other night in his press conference in Malacanang.

Robredo to Duterte: Dapat direchuhin na lang ako. Direcho naman akong kausap

Vice President Leni Robredo in a press interview about an hour ago as of writing, she said in relation to Duterte's statements to her last night, November 19, 2019, that he has lost trust in her. This is what she said on that interview:

"Dapat direchuhin na lang ako. Direcho naman akong kausap... Kung ayaw na niya, kung nagkamali sya sa pag-appoint sa kin at gusto niyang bawiin, sabihin lang niya. Kasi ako, madali akong kausap."

She even said to the reporters that if she is appointed on whatever kind of job she will do it, no matter how small this is. She also added that he had been talking to the leaders od the ICAD and that the majority of them agree with her. She mentioned that the people in ICAD was re energize since she was appointed as co chairman of the committee.

Meanwhile, netizens in social media still not pleased with her statements. Most of the netizens complained that she always appear on TV, in media interviews and not doing her job really well. Others defended the President that the reason why he doesn't trust her anymore is that she was talking to the human rights groups and the UN and some personalities from other countries who was very critical on the administration's campaign against the illegal drugs. They were against due to the alleged extra judicial killings in the country.

In response to Duterte's statements and news in the media that she invited some human rights groups and prosecutors form other countries, Robredo said that the information was fake news. She denied that she invited such people. The only ones she invited, she said, was the UN Office of Drugs and Crimes and different agencies of the US embassy. She doesn't know any prosecutor of some sort. Here are some of her words during that interview:

Duterte to Robredo: Papuntahin mo yan dito, sampalin ko yan sa harap mo

In a press conference of President Duterte in Malacanang, November 19, 2019, Duterte said to VP Robredo to invite the Canadian human rights advocate Phelim Kine in Malacanang so he can slap him right in front of her.

This statement from Duterte was about a tweet in Twitter some days ago about saying to VP RObredo that his bags are packed and ready to arrest President Duterte when he arrives in the Philippines.

Vice President Robredo and Phelim Kine apparently talked about the alleged extra judicial killings in the Philippines. Perhaps in a call or in person there was no details yet as of now. But one thing for sure in the eyes of the Philippine public, that this two persons must have been talked and discussed about what could be done to Duterte about his alleged human rights violation in the country. And the Canadian human rights advocate Phelim Kine was prompt to decide that come or hell or high water he will come to the Philippines to arrest Duterte.


Phelim Kine was with the HRW, Humn Rights watch for eleven years. He is advocating human rights to countries in Asia, particularly, Indonesia, China, Cambodia and Tawian. Here is some info from his website:

Before joining PHR, Kine spent 11 years at Human Rights Watch (HRW) doing research and advocacy in countries including Afghanistan, China, Indonesia, and the Philippines; between 2012 and 2018 he was deputy director of HRW’s Asia division. Prior to becoming a human rights researcher and advocate, Kine was an Asia-based foreign correspondent, including in Cambodia, China, Indonesia, and Taiwan. Kine is a long-time Myanmar-watcher and advocate for democracy and human rights for all of Myanmar’s people.

The Department of Foreign Affairs has already ordered ban to Phelim Kline to enter the Philippines. Press Secretary Salvador Panelo had already told the media that no advocate who is welcome in the country to investigate if he or she had already a conclusion that Duterte is already guilty with extra judicial killings.

Meanwhile, Robredo told the media that there was no invitation from her office for Phelim Kline to go to the Philippines.

Duterte said in the press conferecne that the Canadian human rights advocate did not even give chane for the Presidet to be heard.

Duterte, dismayado kay VP Robredo: I do not trust her

After a long while, President Rodrigo Duterte appeared before the media last night (November 19, 2019) in Malacanang. He was apparently in good shape. On intervals he would crack some jokes and foolishness to entertain the media. But the part that people were most interested in was his thoughts on VP Robredo, as the social media recently was packed with trending Robredo memes, satire, opinions on her job as anti-drug czar. It was just on time when the first question from a reporter was about this issue.

This is the excerpts of his speech about VP Robredo:

"Ang problema kay Robredo is, right afte she was appointed, she bagen talking publicly about...inviting the human rights Commission, she was talking to the United nations, she want to talk to a European...at marami na siyang pinagsasabi. Kung ganon, sabi ko, I cannot appoint her as a cabinet member. That is the way her mouth behaves. There will never be a position for her. Kasi kung cabonetmember sana siya, with an authority 'cause she would be the alter ego of me...Ang problema kasi dito, I cannot trust her,not oly because, not only ha, not only because she is wih the opposition...I do not trust her because I do not know her. Hindi ko alam kung sino ang kausap niya noon, sinung mga politiko."

It was obvious that the President was dismayed on what VP Robredo has been doing as co chairman of the ICAD, Inter-Agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs. Instead of doing his job, coopering with the police and the PDEA, she is always being seen on TV with teh media, saying some things about the war on drugs, about things she has recently discovered. As we all know she always appears on TV for interviews, gesturing as if today is election time.

The most unpleasant Duterte said, as a netizen would describe, ang sakit, was 'I do not trust her.'

Duterte also mentioned about the election, that it is a noble thing, as long as you don't mix it with politics, because politics is always dirty. Duterte was probably referring to the last Presidential Elections where he and the VP won against their contenders, and now Robredo was being dragged or being forced to do dirty politics. Robredo was with the Liberal Party, the party where former President Corazon Aquino was a member, and our hero Senator Ninoy Aquino, and his son Noynoy Aquino, also a former President. It was a party that toppled down the Marcos government in 1986 through EDSA Revolution.

In his speech, we can notice and feel there was some message he was trying to convey, although there are portions we cannot seem to get, because he don't continue a sentence or a statement. He would pursue to another one.

Duterte is being known as like this in his speech. Some experts say, it is because his brain works faster than her mouth, the reason why sometimes he don't continue his sentences when he talks.

In the entire speech we can gather good ideas and realizations about what is the state of the country right now, the Geo politics, the war on drugs, and his health. His health according to him is not so good, simply because he is already 74 years old, he said. As all 74-year-olds have some sort of sickness. There was one question from the reporter which he did not or had not been able to answer it, maybe due to his hearing deficiencies, or he was being careful about what he could utter. He only said that as long as he can talk well, reason well, in front of the media and the public, he is in a good condition. He meant that he has no serious illness.

Anti-drug Czar VP Robredo, ipagbabawal ang pagdala ng armas ng pulis sa operasyon: SATIRE

The newly appointed Anti-drug Czar Vice President Leni Robredo once again a product of laughing stock in social media. In a Facebook post-obviously a satire because the Vice President did not say those words-from Merlitte Cagampang. The meme depicts some words Robredo said in a speech or from a press conference. She said:
