Dennis da Silva was devastated by the court's verdict. 'That's according to someone close to the former actor.
According to the person talking to a source, Dennis was shocked at his verdict: sentenced from 15 years to life imprisonment.
Based on the source, Dennis was initially calm because everyone thought including his family and lawyers were that he would eventually be out of jail.
Dennis at first didn't took a glance at his family inside the court, especially when the verdict 'life sentence' was read, because he didn't want to cry.
However, Dennis couldn't bear not to look at his family, he eventually took a look at his family and he saw his wife crying, as did his children.

On February 7, Branch 261 of the Pasig Regional Trial Court (RTC) sentenced Da Silva to reclusion perpetua or each of the 15 counts of incarceration based on Article 266-A in relation to Article 266-B of the Revised Penal Code , as amended, in relation to Republic Act No.7610.
