A live video last night of President Duterte's public address about the COVID-19 made Filipinos' senses activated. Many had goosebumps. Even spokesman Panelo, as seen in the video as the camera directed to him after the President said about how lucky the generation of today because they have cellphones to get busy with, while the President's generation did not have that luxury. He opened up this subject since he proclaimed finally the Metro Manila lockdown because of the COVID-19. So, young people, adolescence and college students just have to have cellphones while they are advised to stay at their own homes. But he further recommended that it's better to study (obviously read good books) than browsing the Net with their cellphones.
The rest of the speech we can observe President Duterte's aura and sincerity when words came out his mouth. We also can observe his great love for the Filipino people, especially law-abiding citizens. All you gotta see is his eyes and the love in the air. He spoke last night as if he was our dad or grandfather.
Those who are present in Malcanang during the public address where the President spoke, was very attentive and apparently was very satisfied with the President's address. This was shown on the loud applause after the President said 'thank you' to everyone after his speech.
