DRILON, humingi ng tawad kay BCDA Pres. DIZON

Senator Franklin Drilon has asked an apology to Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) president Vivencio Dizon for wrongly claiming that the designer of the 50-Million cauldron for the SEA Games is his relative. He claimed this during an interview a few days ago in ANC that the designer of the cauldron is the son-on-law of Dizon.

Just a few hours ago as of writing, majority leader Senator Franklin Drilon made an apology during an interview by the media. He said:

"I would like to correct my statement in Headstart this morning about the relationship of the architect who built the SEA Games cauldron, the late Architect Bobby Mañosa, and BCDA Pres. Vince Dizon. They are not related. I was wrong in my information. I apologize to Dizon."

Senator Drilon has been a hot critic to the Duterte administration these past few days since he brought up the issue of BUild Build Build was a total dismal failure.
