In a recent ambush interview with House Speaker/PHISGOC Chairman Alan Peter Cayetano, explained to the media what really happened to the budget the Senate approved for the SEA Games 2019.
He mentioned Senator Drilon had done to the budget, that it he was the one who cut off the budget by 2.3 Billion Pesos to allocate it to Iloilo City.
Cayetano said to the media about Senator Drilon: "Ang problema kay Drilon pag di nya ako kaharap, kung ano anong pinag gagawa. Pero kung kaharap ako, di naman nya sinasabi sa akin kung anong gusto nyang sabihin."
Cayetano made a call to the opposition and the media to stop the politics, because it is politics that destroy the nation's unity now, unity that the nation must need right now at the SEA Games. He said that if you really want to talk about the issue, there is a right time for that. And that time is not now.
