In a video posted in Facebook, with Police Chief Major Ildefonso Miranda Jr. who had been caught for sleeping with a female detainee right in his police precinct by the anti-police scalawags operatives in Argao, Cebu, cried in front of PRO 7 Director Brigadier General Albert Ignatius Ferro, right after he was being arrested.
Reports say that Miranda and the female detainee became lovers already even before they were caught sleeping with each other in a police precinct. Reports add that Miranda was deeply in love with the girl. According to a news website, Miranda said: My only mistake is falling in love.
