Mahigit 500 crew members mga Pinoy: 21 pasahero ng cruise ship sa California positibo sa coronavirus
21 were confirmed to have coronavirus aboard the Grand Princess Cruise Ship who was temporarily denied access to the piers in San Francisco in California.
The Center for disease control has just released the COVID test in 45 of its first coronavirus symptoms.
At a press conference, US COVID 19 task force chief and US President Mike Pence said 19 of the patrons were all crew members.
The ship's crew has approximately 1,100 of them, almost half of them Filipino.
The cruise ship is due to be towed to a private pier where other passengers will be subject to scrutiny.
A military base is being set up by the CDC to possibly make it a quarantine camp for passengers who display coronavirus symptoms.
More than 3,500 passengers of the ship sailed from Hawaii. They are now in the isolation area on one side of the ship. Among them are 21 tested positive with COVID 19.
