Isko Moreno, di bumilib sa foreigner na may Medical Mission sa Manila

Manila mayor Isko Moreno was not quite impressed with some people and a foreigner that looked to be an Australian who introduced their medical mission to the Philippines. 

It was not mentioned what was the name of the mission. 

He was just there sitting in his chair in his office while listening to the male talking about their goals of their Medical Mission. 

The foreigner would have been the one who introduced to Mayor Isko about their mission. but instead, a Filipino was the one who did the talking. Probably he didn't know how to speak English. There should have been an interpreter if he doesn't know how to speak English. That way Yorme would know if he was sincere or not.

We know Isko when he is satisfied and grateful and content with some advocate. We know him by his popularity through gesturing good deeds, virtues and novelty. Just like what we saw few days ago when MNLF Chairman Nur Misuari met with him in the Manila City Hall inside the Mayor's office.
