DUTERTE TO WINNIE MONSOD: ‘Tahimik kang Animal ka!’

In his speech in 2020 GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE LEAGUE OF THE MUNICIPALITIES OF THE PHILIPPINES (LMP), President Rodrigo Roa Duterte hit one of his critics, former Socioeconomic Planning Secretary Solita “Mareng Winnie” Monsod.

President Duterte observes Monsod's silence on the issue of water concessionaires' contracts.

“Itong mga commentator na mga p***** i** wala ng ginawa, tahimik na. Itong si Monsod. Noon yawyaw nang yawyaw, ‘Where’s the big fish? Where’s the big fish?’ O ayan. Ang animal siya rin pala. Wala lang man siyang sinabi. I suspect that she is also connected with the… well, somehow.” President Duterte said.

(“These commentators who are p ***** i ** did nothing, quiet. This is Monsod. Then yelled, 'Where's the big fish? Where's the big fish? ' He was sensual, too. He didn't even say anything. I suspect that she is also connected with the… well, somehow, ”President Duterte said.)

The big fish that President Duterte refers to is Manila Water, which is owned by Ayala and Maynilad, where Manny Pangilinan is chairman.

“Kita mo itong mga writer, mga commentator? Ganon ‘yan araw-araw kung nagbabasa kayo. Mga hambog. Noong nabuko ko si Ayala pati si Pangilinan, o gusto ninyo ng big fish, sabi ko — one day sabi ko, ‘Okay ibigay ko sa inyo ang pinakamalaking buwaya. P***** i** mo, si Ayala pati si Pangilinan, ayan’. Ayan. Billions sobra. Ayan, nakita mo tahimik ang mga p***** i**. Wala na,” banat pa ni Pangulong Duterte.

(“You see these writers, commentators? That's it every day if you read. Pride. When I fell in love with Ayala and Pangilinan, or you wanted big fish, I said - one day I said, 'Okay I'll give you the biggest crocodile. P ***** i ** you, Ayala and Pangilinan, there '. Ayan. Billions extra. Well, you see the p ***** i ** silently. No more, ”President Duterte said.)
